YACHT UPHOLSTERY - Seating areas in yachts have the basic problem of needing to rest on a hard base. Springing is rarely used unless it's a loose piece that is brought in, not built in with the useful storage below. That hard base requires the best High Resiliency foam for comfort and long life. Tapered bolster back foam in a slightly less firm feel and an added 1" buildup to the forward edge of the bottom cushions can give much improved comfort to an area as compared to the standard box cushion design.
